What was the goal?
What matters most to employees in the green sector when looking for a job, and how are they using digital job platforms?
agri experts, in collaboration with agrajo, conducted a user survey among employees in the agricultural sector. The survey focused on topics such as willingness to change jobs, job searches, job portals, and career paths.
