What was the goal?

How do farmers perceive climate-friendly drive technologies for tractors?
The research project “TrAkzeptanz”, led by Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HWST), investigates the acceptance of sustainable drive technologies in agriculture in order to promote their adoption. The project aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support the achievement of climate targets within the agricultural sector.

Who is the client?

On behalf of Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HWST), agri experts conducted a survey among farmers regarding climate-friendly drive technologies in agriculture. The “TrAkzeptanz” research project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture as part of the research and innovation programme “Climate Protection in Agriculture”, administered through the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food.

Who was the target group?

The study targeted farmers across Germany. Approximately 1,331 farmers participated in the survey.
